Allegra* 25R Centrifuge, Beckman Coulter*

The Allegra* 25R high-performing centrifuge is ideal for DNA preparation — from bacteria and yeast pelleting to isolation and purification to post-reaction cleanup. This centrifuge has a compact footprint and fits easily into personal lab space, which decreases the amount of time spent transporting samples to other rooms. It is compatible with a variety of rotors with capacities of 0.25 to 500mL per tube, in addition to microtiter, deep-well plates, and DNA kits. Other features include a brushless induction drive motor for quiet, maintenance-free operation. CFC-free refrigeration accommodates efficient operation and accurate temperature maintenance. An operating temperature from 2° to 40°C protects the integrity of samples. An automatic door latch allows hands-free operation. UL and C-UL listed. CE approved.
