Allegra* X-15R Benchtop Centrifuge, Beckman Coulter*
With a maximum speed of 10,200rpm and a maximum RCF of 11,400g, as well as increased flexibility, the refrigerated Allegra X-15R centrifuge allows you to perform faster separations and optimized recoveries. It features a hold or pulse timer up to 99 hours and 59 minutes and ten user-defined programs with 10 acceleration and 11 deceleration profiles. It will perform both fast and slow blood component spins and harvest up to 3mL of microbial cells in just 14 minutes, as well as centrifuge cells directly in T-25cm2 or T-75cm2 cell culture flask adapters (see BK369295 series) to save time and avoid a potential contamination step.
The Allegra X-15R accommodates the SX4750A ARIES* self-balancing swinging bucket rotor (see BK369704), the SX4750 swinging bucket rotor (see BK369702), and the FX6100 fixed angle rotor (see BK369735). The ARIES self-balancing rotor automatically corrects imbalance in opposing loads up to 50g and continues to run without shutdown.
