BioMax* Maximum Sensitivity (MS) Autoradiography Film, Intensifying Screens, and Cassettes, KODAK*
BioMax MS film and intensifying screens are a maximum sensitivity system recommended for detection of 32P and 125I offering greatly reduced exposure times. Incorporates advanced KODAK emulsion technology in a double emulsion format. Suitable for manual and automated processing. Use with KODAK darkroom lamp (IB1521178) and 7.5 or 15W bulb. To achieve maximum sensitivity, exposures should be conducted at –70°C. Cassette is designed to maximize the image resolution and background clarity of the autoradiograph by ensuring intimate contact between the autoradiography film and the sample in a light tight exposure environment.
