Digital General Purpose Heated Water Baths, Precision Scientific
Designed for exceptional performance and reliability for most general laboratory, environmental, petroleum, medical, microbiological, and biotechnology applications.
Baths feature a corrosion-resistant, seamless, stainless steel chamber and a chemical-resistant stainless steel exterior with epoxy powder-coated finish. Diffuser shelf distributes heat evenly. Microprocessor-based temperature controller and fiberglass insulation provide uniform temperature control. Low wattage, bolt-on heaters will not burn out if the bath runs dry.
Equipped with front-mounted controls, 3-digit LED temperature display, built-in calibration capability, and automatic over-temperature protection. Bath temperature and setpoint can be programmed to within 0.1°C. Dual chamber baths feature independent temperature controls for each chamber.
Temperature range: ambient to 99.9°C, except 13491-020 and -022 which heat from ambient to 95°C. Uniformity: ±0.2°C at 37°C. Use of gable cover allows maximum temperature. Maximum temperature with chamber uncovered is approximately 65°C.
Capacities are given for bath filled within 2.54cm (1") of top. Exterior dimensions are given for baths without gable cover.
The 120V models are UL listed and CSA approved. They come with a standard 120V power cord. The 240V models are CE marked and come with a European-style power cord and plug.
