DL15, DL22, and DL28 Titrators, METTLER TOLEDO*
The DL15 is an easy-to-use, compact, end point titrator for acid/base analysis and pH measurements. The DL22 food and beverage analyzer is an end point and equivalence point titrator for a whole range of applications such as acidity of beverages, salt content, and free fatty acids and the iodine value of oils, fats, and vitamin C. The DL28 is an end point and equivalence point titrator ideal for the food, water, and chemical industries. Analyses include acid/base, precipitation, redox, complexometric, photometric, pH, and ion selective measurements. All titrators feature end point titration with dynamic and incremental addition of titrant; predefined, selectable parameters; equilibrium or time increment controlled measurement value transfer; predefined formulas for the most important calculations; and statistics for up to 100 samples. The DL22 and DL28 titrators also feature a built-in database that allows the user to perform various setup options such as adding titrants and sensors, connecting the titrator to peripheral equipment, or programming soft keys for quick start of functions. All three models feature an intuitive interface. By pressing the “run” button twice, the user can begin the most recently used method. An additional three methods can be programmed as soft keys. Pictogram keys are included for the most commonly used manual functions, and a keypad simplifies alphanumeric entries and eliminates the need for an external keyboard. The titrators automatically calculate results with predefined units and can send a report to most PC printers. All titrators also include a combination glass pH electrode with a ground-glass sleeve junction for direct pH measurement, acid/base titrations, media with low ion concentration, or polar solvents. Electrode features a pH measurement range of 0–14, a temperature range of 0 to 70°C (32 to 158°F), and a fill solution of 3M KCl saturated with AgCl. The optional silver ring electrode is designed for argentometric titrations in aqueous medium and includes an integrated glass sleeve for a secure fit in the titration head. It features a temperature range of 0 to 70°C (32 to 158°F) and a fill solution of 1M KNO3.
