Q - What are the charges to ship outside of the USA?
A - VWR LabShop ships within USA only. Please click on the appropriate link to be re-directed VWR International or VWR Canada. If you would like to contact us for assistance with international shipping questions please click on the correct link if you are an Exporter or an International Customer.
Q - Why am I being charged tax, when I am tax exempt?
A - To be set up as tax exempt, we will need to create an account for you and also have a copy of your tax certificate on file. Please call Customer Service, toll free at 866-360-7522.
Q - I am buying from a University. Can I place an order on the VWR Labshop web site?
A - Please call Customer Service, toll free at 866-360-7522 and confirm if there is a VWR account already registered for you.
Q - How do I place an order for restricted items?
A - We will need to create an account for you and also have a copy of your business certificate on file. Please call customer service, 866-360-7522. Please note we cannot ship restricted items like chemicals and syringes to residential addresses.
Q - The promo email stated take additional 10% off, how do I receive my discount?
A - From time to time we offer promotional discounts to customers on our email list. If you received this type of message, clicking on any link in the email will bring you to the site with the discount already calculated. All pricing you see then reflects the discount. If you prefer to type vwrlabshop.com in your browser, instead of clicking on a link in the email, then enter your promotional code when you check out with your purchase. The discount will be calculated at that time.
Q - How can I request express or next-day delivery ?
A - All orders will ship on the following business day and will ship ground. If you need your order expedited please call 866-360-7522 to place the order and get approximate freight charges. The orders will still ship following business day, but can coded to ship x-day delivery.
