MA45 Moisture Analyzer, Sartorius
The MA45 Moisture Analyzer can be used for quick and reliable determination of the moisture content of liquid, pasty, and solid substances using the thermogravimetric method. Ideal for use as an inspection, measuring, and test instrument in process control and incoming inspection. The round ceramic IR heating element provides fast analysis time, high repeatability, and gentle and uniform sample drying. Temperature can be adjusted in 1°C increments within the 40 to 230°C range. Heating modes include standard drying and MA30-compatible. The hinged sample chamber cover features a wide-angle opening for easy access. The backlit display minimizes reading errors and gives excellent readability under any lighting conditions. The removable pan draft shield makes it easy to clean the sample chamber and protects the weighing system from debris. Three shutoff parameters are available: fully automatic, semi-automatic (user-definable shutoff upon weight loss of 1–20mg/24 seconds), and timer (0.1 to 99.9 minutes). Display results in your choice of display mode: % moisture, % dry weight/solids, % ratio, g residue, or g/kg residue. Define and store three drying programs with password-protected drying parameters. External 30g calibration weight and a temperature adjustment set provide convenient and reliable control of the accuracy of the moisture analyzer according to the DIN/ISO standards. Preconfigured formats for printouts of analysis results and records of temperature and weighing system adjustments provide ISO/GLP-compliant recording capability. ISO/GLP-compliance achieved with use of optional printer (see 12554-511). Built-in RS-232 interface for computer/printer capability. Dimensions: 21.3Wx32Dx18.1Hcm (83/8x121/2x71/8").
