Ready-to-use, disposable capsule for high-volume liquid and air filtration. Excellent for filtration media and other aqueous lab solutions in large volumes. Vented to allow air to be displaced upon introduction of liquids. Offers an effective filtration area of 1290cm2. Filter media is double layer HT Tuffryn* (hydrophilic polysulfone), 0.2µm pore size. Presterilized. Pleated membrane configuration for increased surface area. Inlet/outlet hose-barbs molded to accept 1.27cm (1/2") I.D. tubing. Filters up to 60L. (Pall 12112)
