Medium-Duty Stirrers, Talboys
These medium-duty stirrers have the power to handle more viscous materials or larger sample sizes. Built for durability, they have a continuous duty rating. Each stirrer is supplied with a true-running, precision, collet chuck designed to accept an accessory shaft with the same diameter as the motor shaft.
Model 103 is a single-shaft, variable-speed stirrer ideal for high-speed dispersion and mixing. Remote electronic speed control is attached by a 1.1m (42") cord.
Model 104 is a versatile, dual-shaft, variable-speed stirrer. Use the direct-drive shaft for high-speed, low-viscosity mixing or the 10:1 reduction gear for more powerful, high-torque, low-speed mixing of viscous materials. Remote electronic speed control is attached by a 1.1m (42") cord.
Model 107 is a single-shaft, fixed-speed stirrer. Equipped with a nonsparking, brushless, maintenance-free motor. This model features thermal overload protection. Can be retrofitted with a variable-speed controller, Model 115 Adjusta-Speed (58950-210).
Caution: Stirrers are not explosion-proof. Do not use with flammables.
