For final filtration of 1–10L batches with reliable bacterial retention. Incorporates two layers of low protein-binding HT Tuffryn* (hydrophilic polysulfone) membrane: 0.45µm prefilter layer followed by 0.2µm final filter. Effective filtration area: 500cm2. Maximum operating temperature: 100°C (212°F). Maximum operating pressure: 3.4bar (50psid).
Built-in air vent allows elimination of trapped air bubbles. Polycarbonate housing is fitted with 1.27cm ( 1/2") male, barbed, hose connections for rapid installation with flexible tubing. Bio-safe and disposable. Gamma irradiation sterilized. (Pall 12122)
