Units feature a tapered neck and unique one-way safety valve opening, designed to minimize needle pop-back and reduce overfilling. Recessed flanges, a lockable safety enclosure, and sturdy handles make it unnecessary for hands to come into contact with the body of the collector, reducing the risk of needlestick injury.
Nestable design reduces storage space requirements. Constructed of puncture-resistant polypropylene with clear tops, the units are completely disposable by autoclaving, compaction, or incineration according to institutional procedures.
