The PIPETBOY acu is a lightweight, ergonomically designed, independent pipetting and dispensing tool that comes in six colors: blue, clear, gray, green, purple, and red. Aspirating/dispensing speed can be continuously adjusted using the thumbwheel dial. Battery compartment can be accessed quickly and easily. No housing disassembly required. Nickel metal hydride (NiMH) battery can be charged while idle or in operation. Unit comes with low battery indicator.Touch-sensitive buttons enable precise filling and dispensing and one-hand operation, especially when manipulating liquids in confined laminar flow hood. Replaceable 0.45µm hydrophobic filter prevents contamination. Autoclavable silicone interface and nose cone uses a blowout effect for complete delivery. PIPETBOY acu accepts 1–100mL serological pipets.
Ordering Information: Each PIPETBOY acu is supplied with a NiMH battery, 110–120V/60Hz transformer, 0.45µm filter, wall mount, and complementary Swiss Army knife.
