PROSAT* Sterile* Presaturated Wipers, Contec*
Nonwoven wipers designed for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device applications. Ideal for cleanup following Rodac plate sampling, and for wiping process tools and other equipment.
PROSAT 911EB wipers are meltblown polypropylene and are presaturated with 70% semiconductor-grade isopropyl alcohol and 30% deionized water.
PROSAT 911EB/EtOH wipers are meltblown polypropylene and are presaturated with 70% denatured ethyl alcohol and 30% deionized water.
PROSAT 70/30 IR wipers are made of 100% polyester contamination control fabric by DuPont* and are presaturated with 70% semiconductor-grade isopropyl alcohol and 30% deionized water.
All wipers are sterilized by gamma radiation and validated per AAMI ISO 11137 (Method 1) guidelines to a 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level (SAL). Certificate of Sterility and Certificate of Irradiation included. Recommended for use in ISO Class 5 (FED-STD-209E Class 100/M3.5) environments.
