SatPax* Presaturated Wipers, Berkshire
SatPax wipers provide a convenient combination of solvent and wiper that improves the cleaning process and resolves safety issues associated with storage, mixing and dispensing of solvents. Available in six formats: a nonwoven polyester/cellulose, a knitted polyester, and a knitted polyester with sealed edge, each presaturated with two different solvent blends (70% 2-propanol/30% H2O and 9% 2-propanol/91% H2O). Solvent blends use semiconductor grade 2-Propanol and RO deionized water filtered to 0.1µm.
Knitted polyester and sealed edge, knitted polyester wipers are cleanroom laundered. All wipers are folded and packaged in a resealable cleanroom compatible pouch.
SatPax 1000 wipers are also available in resealable pouches (containing C-Folded wipers) and canisters (containing a roll of perforated wipers). These nonwoven polyester/cellulose wipers are saturated with semiconductor grade IPA and deionized water. There are three saturation combinations available. The 6/94 combination is available in canister only.
