For dialysis and ultrafiltration in biochemical work. Reduces normal dialysis time by one-third to one-half. Molecular weight cut-off is 12000 to 14000. Pure, regenerated, natural cellulose. Free from fixed charges. Contains some glycerin and few impurities, which may be removed by washing. Porosity throughout roll is usually very uniform if roll is preserved carefully. Will change only slowly over a period of months if kept in the original polyethylene bag and refrigerated. 50ft. roll.
