TS-5.1-500 Swinging Bucket Rotor, Beckman Coulter*
For use with the Allegra* 25R centrifuge. This horizontal rotor is ideal for sedimenting protein precipitates, large cell particles, and cell debris in a wide range of volumes. It accepts 0.5 to 500mL per tube up to 2L, and 16x50mL and 36x15mL conical tubes for high capacity pelleting in conical labware. Utilizing a microplate carrier, this rotor, at 3010g, provides an ideal match for DNA precipitation and other microplate applications.
Includes optional biosafe lid to facilitate biocontainment.
