VWR* Digital Surface Thermometer
This unit incorporates a 13.3cm (5 1/4") long stainless steel probe with a 1.3cm ( 1/2") diameter metal disk at the end of the probe for surface temperature measurements. Constructed of plastic and stainless steel, this unit is safer to use than a mercury thermometer. Extra-large, bright LCD (liquid crystal display) is 1cm ( 3/8") high.
Unit is switchable between °C and °F, providing results in both units without conversion factors. Readings are updated every second. Accuracy: ±1°C between –20° and 100°C. Resolution: 0.1° from –20 to 200°C.
A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
