Designed to provide rapid heat-up, excellent temperature stability, and efficient mixing for all types of hybridization and incubation applications.
Model 5430, a space-saving mini unit, holds up to four 50mL conical tubes. Optional multi-tube carousel (47746-116) includes clips to hold twelve 1.5mL or 2.0mL conical tubes, six 15mL conical tubes, or four 50mL conical tubes. Unit heats from ambient to 70°C in 25 minutes. Note: Not recommended for use with polystyrene tubes.
Model 5400, a medium-capacity unit, has a capacity of up to four 35x300mm bottles or eight 35x150mm bottles. Unit features a removable beta-blocking lid made of 9.5mm ( 3/8") thick molded acrylic with a novel “trap door” to facilitate loading and unloading without removing the lid. Optional multi-tube carousel (47746-114) holds forty 1.5mL or 2.0mL conical tubes, twelve 15mL conical tubes, or ten 50mL conical tubes. Optional microplate carousel (25000-120) holds four sealed standard microplates or deep well plates. Unit heats from ambient to 65°C in 23 minutes.
Model 5420, a high-capacity unit, holds up to ten 35x300mm bottles or twenty 35x150mm bottles. Optional large bottle carousel (47746-110) holds four 70x220mm (750mL) bottles or four 55x180mm (400mL) bottles. Optional multi-tube carousel (47746-112) holds one hundred 1.5mL or 2.0mL conical tubes, thirty-five 15mL conical tubes, or thirty 50mL conical tubes. Optional microplate carousel (47746-118) holds 10 sealed standard microplates or deep well plates. Oven can be converted to a platform rocker with the optional rocker platform attachment (47746-108). Unit heats from ambient to 65°C in 23 minutes.
Model 5400 and 5420 ovens are UL and C-UL listed. Model 5400 is CE marked.
