VWR MULTI-GRID* Units
This versatile gridding unit is ideal for molecular biology, genetics and microbiology applications, especially for phenotype/genotype screening experiments. Holds petri dishes firmly in place above grid to ensure correct alignment of subsequent clones made from the master plate. Can be easily decontaminated using common antibacterial agents. Suitable for 100mm petri dishes.
Each unit includes a storage/support case and a booklet of nine ring-bound grids: a black 100 square grid and eight clear acrylic grids (25, 50, 70, 100, 150 and 200 squares; 6 and 12 quadrants). Also includes a grid for counting colonies on spiral plates. Can be used on a light box.
