VWR* Rocking Platform Shakers
Designed to produce the precise level of agitation that blotted membranes and gels require. An effective speed range and an adjustable rocking motion of ±20° provide a gentle “wave” effect that lifts and washes over gels and blotted membranes. Shakers maintain constant speed regardless of load or voltage fluctuation.
Choose from rockers with single or double-tiered platforms. Height between platforms on double-tiered models is 9cm (3 1/2").
Polycarbonate staining tray accessory is UV transparent and optically clear. Feet on the corners raise the bottom of the tray to prevent scratching, and act as locking lugs when trays are stacked. The 19x19cm (7 1/2x7 1/2") interior accommodates most popular gel sizes.
